On Friday last your Company took our group for a day tour. On behalf of our group, thank you for a wonderful day! Tony, our driver, was most obliging and friendly. His commentary through the day was interesting, sufficient, and entertaining. His choice of the different venues - Wildlife Reserve, various lookouts in the Blue Mountains, Echo Point, lunch and the railway tours were all excellent and just right for us. We appreciated his 'morning tea' and also his willingness to mix with us, without any imposition. When one of our group failed to turn up at the appointed place/time, Tony went to considerable lengths to help us find her and arrange a successful linking up. The bus was clean and tidy - very comfortable and again just what we needed. Unanimously we agreed to recommend your Company for any future day tours for Rubicon groups. Dear Geoffrey, Just a quick email to let you know how much we enjoyed the Blue Mountains tour that we booked with yourselves last weekend. We travelled with Nigel who as well as being a fountain of knowledge should also consider a stand up act as he had us entertained all day. this was our last full day in Australia so we booked the tour to relieve the pressure for the day and didn't expect it to be as good as it was - we had a brilliant time - seeing so much without feeling rushed. I would like you to pass my personal thanks onto Nigel for being a wonderful host for the day. I would also ask you to make sure that his 'individual' stroll around the mountainside (see attached pic) is retained for future visitors as it adds so much to the day and is welcome diversion to the usual 'tour' routine we have come across before. It was a fantastic day visiting some of the best The Hunter has to offer as well as enjoying a great light lunch and a bit of Aqua Golf. The trip was all planned and superbly executed by our fearless leader and awesome driver - Rae who seemed to plan and organise everything down to the finest detail including all, vineyards, arrival times and lunch.
