Yes, We can pick you up from your accommodation in Maitland, Lovedale, Pokolbin and Cessnock. Special arrangements can be made for Broke, Wollombi, paxton and surrounding areas.

How do I book a place on a tour?
Use the application form and reply to us with Credit Card Details to confirm your booking intention.

Can I just book by phone as I want to go tomorrow and I need an urgent reply?

We want to book the tour. How do we join to bus?
When you book we will ask you where you are staying and then arrange a pickup for you. Alternatively we have some fixed locations.

Can I change the tour I have book to the other tour on the day of the tour?
Yes, you can upgrade to the other tour subject to available seats.

What do I do if I want to cancel the tour I have booked on?
Yes, you can but this must be done 48 hours before the time the tour departs. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Special circumstances will be considered.
