Your Guide and Transport

Your driver, who is also your tour guide, will pick up you and your guests at your Sydney offices/location. Then enjoy a relaxing ride to the Hunter Valley, just over 2 hours drivr from Sydney. Feel free to question our guide’s expert knowledge of Hunter Valley or simply relax and enjoy the trip with your group. All of our vehicle fleet is Mercedes Benz, except our 20 seater which is a Toyota.

All our minibuses are comfortable and air conditioned. Plus, there’s a fridge for storing your cheese and chilled wine purchases

Is lunch included?
Yes! On your private group tour we can arrange lunch for you at a cafe/restaurant/winery of your choice to suit your preferences and budget. Enjoy one course or add an entree and/or dessert and more wine if you like! Enquire for more details and pricing.

What is the duration of this tour?
We offer a full day tour from Sydney, the Hunter and Newcastle as well as a half day morning or afternoon tour for groups staying in the Hunter. We work out departure and return times to suit your needs.

Can I book a tour for any day of the year?
Yes, we run tours every day of the year, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

How many people can book?
We cater for groups of between 10 and 50 guests.

What if I have a smaller group?
If you have a smaller group the price per person will be higher, or you can join one of our group tours to reduce the cost.
