How do I make a booking

All bookings are completed online via our website into a booking system

Do I pay when I book?

No, we hold your credit card as a guarantee for your booking and then you pay the driver on the day who has a credit card machine on the bus. If you have a group of people then everyone can pay separately.

Do the tours still run if it is raining?

Yes the weather is not crucial to the tour as all tastings are conducted in the cellar door.

What are the cancellation terms and conditions?

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking without penalty

How do I make a cancellation?

All cancellations need to be by email and we will confirm the cancellation back to you 

Do the wine tours run every day?

Yes every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.


How many passengers are on each bus?

There are between 14 and 16 passengers on each bus.

What time do the tours depart from Sydney?

We leave the city around 7.30am

What time does the bus return into Sydney CBD?

The bus arrives back around 6.00 to 6.30pm depending on traffic

Is lunch included on the tour?

There is an option to select a lunch on the tour or you can purchase your own lunch.

Are Vegetarians and Vegans catered for?

Yes both Vegetarian and Vegans have a menu choice to suit them

Do the buses have seat belts fitted?

Yes, all our vehicles have seat belts fitted to every passenger seat
